The Agent Portal is where agents can create new Territory Checker links for candidates to draw areas and to also check on the submitted status of these areas.
If you only have Agent access, when you log in to Vision this is all you will see. However, if you are also a Vision system user then you will need to head to your User account admin and follow these steps:
- Select Organisations from the left panel.
- Against Organisations you will see which ones have granted your agent access. Click on the Agent Portal button against an Organisation to head to the Agent Portal.
For candidates to submit their preferred search area to you, then you will need to make them a unique link and send it to them. With that link, they can create their search area and submit it to you. Instructions for how candidates do that after you have sent them a link are here.
To create a new Search Area link follow these steps:
Click Create new search area.
Fill in the details:
Name - We suggest naming your search area the name of the candidate if you are sending it one person. This will make it easier to identify later.
Pot - As an agent you are granted access to Pots which you can submit checks to. Franchisors name these pots so mostly these will be associated with brands.
Once you have created the search area, you will see it in your Search Areas. To send a link for the candidate to draw their preferred search area, click on the Get URL button.
This copies the URL to your clipboard and you can email it to the candidate.
