Creating a Territory Checker search area

This article provides instructions on how to draw a preferred search area if you have been given access to a Territory Checker search area link.

When you click the link you will see a map that has centred on your approximate location. If you need to move the map, click on the map and move it around just like a normal Google Map.

To start drawing your area click on the Start Drawing button.

Click on the map to start creating your area. Each time you click you create a "waypoint",these waypoints connect together to create your search area. Connect your last waypoint to the first to complete the process.

When you have connected all of the waypoints the area will shade red. You can edit the shape by clicking and draging the waypoints.

When you are happy with your area click Save. This will submit your search area to be reviewed.

Once you have clicked save then you cannot edit your search area. If you want to make any ammendments then you will need to ask for a new search area link.
