Change my password

This article guides you through the process of changing your password. If you don't know your password, follow the steps here.

Getting started

This process starts from the map. Log in if you haven't already done so.

• Go to Account Settings in the top right of your page.

• On the Home page, click Change password under the My Details section.

Setting your new password

• Enter your current password, your new password, and then repeat your new password (to make sure you typed it correctly).

• Click Save and close.

That's it! You've changed your password and we'll shortly send you an email confirming that.

Password requirements

All new passwords MUST meet the following requirements:

1. At least 10 characters long
2. At least 1 uppercase letter
3. At least 1 lowercase letter
4. At least 1 number
5. No whitespace

Note: Whilst not required, we would highly recommend you strive for better security with at least 12 characters and at least 1 symbol.
