Reset my password

This article guides you through resetting your password if you've forgotten it.

Getting a password reset link

Your password can be easily reset from the login page.

In the bottom-right, click Forgot Password.


Enter your email address and click Send me a link.

Within a few moments, you'll receive an email with a secure link to reset your password.

Using the password reset link

Once you've received your secure link:

• Click Reset your password in the email.
• Enter your new password and click Reset my password.

That's it; You're ready to log in! We'll also pop you an email confirming your password has been reset.

Password requirements

All new passwords MUST meet the following requirements:

1. At least 10 characters long
2. At least 1 uppercase letter
3. At least 1 lowercase letter
4. At least 1 number
5. No whitespace

Note: While not required, we highly recommend striving for better security with at least 12 characters and at least one symbol.
